Wonderful Woburn Wedding
I LOVE photographing Woburn Weddings !
Woburn Sculpture Gallery is a stunning venue for a wedding and it's somewhere I am fortunate enough to return to on a very frequent basis and I can't wait to return there again in 2019 for some lovely couples who have booked me for their weddings. Whatever your wedding plans, Woburn Sculpture Gallery always delivers - amazing gardens and internal space and architecture coupled with superb customer service provided by the team there.
It was so good to return to Woburn Sculpture Gallery for Sam and Scott's wonderful wedding in May. We have been blessed with some amazing weather this year and it was no different for Sam and Scott as they were married in a lovely intimate ceremony in Maulden. It was then off to Woburn to enjoy a sun-kissed drinks reception. As a documentary wedding photographer based in Bedfordshire, the majority of my wedding photography is unposed and candid but it's always lovely to have some couple time so we can explore the grounds and I can capture the happy couple together. I always make sure that this time doesn't interfere with the natural flow of the wedding day and after a little time together Sam and Scott were able to enjoy the company of their family and friends and the wonderful wedding breakfast in the Sculpture Gallery. After the speeches it was time to party, with guests enjoying the grounds as the sun set on a wonderful day.
Perhaps you are considering a Woburn Sculpture Gallery wedding ? I'd love to hear from you and chat about your plans.
Here's just a small selection of images from the day, hope you enjoy looking over them.
I'm thrilled to share a selection of images from Elizabeth and James' spectacular summer wedding at the always resplendent Woburn Sculpture Gallery. Amy and Lawrence shared a magical wedding day with their family and friends when they were married at the Woburn Hotel with a reception at the Woburn Safari Lodge. Despite the weather being more 'drab UK' than 'scorching Serengeti' the Woburn Safari Lodge was transformed by Amy and her family into a cacophony of colour containing a myriad of personal touches that really stamped the happy couples personality on the day.
Steel drums provided musical accompaniment as guests enjoyed gorgeous steaks, freshly barbecued on the terrace outside, with calories being burned later in the day when guests took to the lake in Swan pedelo's !
Amy and Lawrence wanted a relaxed and personal wedding, an occasion where family and friends could come together to celebrate and as you'll see from the images below, they smashed it ! Congrats to you both and thanks for letting me share in your Safari Lodge magic.
Just a quick word of congratulations to the wonderful Nikki and Dave who were married at the Woburn Sculpture Gallery at the weekend. It was a fabulous day for the couple who had friends and family travel from far and wide to share the occasion with them.
WOW - what a day we had at Elisabeth and Andrew's spectacular wedding day at the stunning Woburn Sculpture Gallery. Here's a selection of some of my favourite images taken on the day, hope you enjoy.
How amazing does Liz look in her wonderful Caroline Castigliano wedding dress .....
CONGRATULATIONS to Liz and Andrew married at the stunning Woburn Sculpture Gallery at the weekend. This image typifies the fun and laughter the happy couple shared with all their friends and family - a very impressive dip guys, well done !!
This image was actually taken last year at Miriam and David's wedding at St Mary's Woburn. It was a wonderful occasion and I hope to be able to post several more images from the day very shortly. In the meantime, this is one of my personal favourites, I love the way Miriam's extended arm and veil frame David as he signs the register. The shot also shows the delicacy and features of Miriam's dress without being a posed or stereotypical 'back of the dress' shot. Hope you like.
A little more summer wedding loveliness for you in the form of Katie and Ciaran's spectacularly, wonderful day in Woburn. Katie and Ciaran brought the Dubai sunshine and warmth with them as they returned home to Woburn for their big day. St Mary's Church, Woburn proved a fitting backdrop for the wedding ceremony. Built in the late 19th century, it's rather modest exterior belies it "cathedralesque" interior with it's vaulted ceiling and slender pillars - it really is a special place for a wedding ceremony. Then on to the Sculpture Gallery for the reception, guests basking in the summer sunshine on the terrace and enjoying the beautifully manicured gardens. Katie and Ciaran were wonderful to work with, their relaxed and fun approach to the day reflected in their wedding images. Here's a selection of my favourites.
Another wonderful wedding at Woburn Sculpture Gallery featuring Ben and Becca.
