Wasing Park Wedding Photography - Emma and Mark
Wasing Park is a stunning location for a wedding, nestled in the beautiful Berkshire countryside. Here’s a selection of images from Emma and Mark’s beautiful, blossom filled wedding day at the gorgeous Wasing Park in Berkshire.
What a joy it was to return to Kilworth House to capture another magical wedding. Here’s a selection of my favourite images from Lucy and Jeff’s wonderful wedding at Northampton Cathedral and Kilworth House. Such a great day and a wonderful couple. Enjoy !
A short photofilm illustrating the gorgeous wedding of Emma and Mark at the stunning Wasing Park in Berkshire
As a wedding photographer, I’m very fortunate to visit many beautiful locations to shoot weddings. From time to time I take on international commissions and later this summer I’ll be travelling to Lake Garda and Lake Como for two amazing weddings. I thought I’d share this lovely moment from a wedding I shot at the spectacular Villa Passalacqua in Moltrasio, Lake Como. Tara and her father are walking to the spectacular music room for the ceremony. The light from a nearby window just bringing out the detail in her amazing dress as she passed by. It’s such a serene moment, capturing images like this is the life blood of my work, nothing contrived or orchestrated, simply telling the story of one particular moment on a special day.
I thought I would post a little image from a recent wedding featuring Lucy and Jeff at Kilworth House in Leicestershire. It was a fairly typical UK Spring day - amazing sunshine whilst we were locked inside the church for the ceremony and persistent light drizzle at the moments we had available for some couple portraits ! Fortunately, we were very lucky to have some spectacular inside space at Kilworth but it did mean that our ‘outside time’ occurred well after the speeches had finished and just before the first dance. This image was captured with the wonderfully unobtrusive Fuji XT1 and the equally remarkable Fuji XF 23mm f/1.4 lens. Shot at 6400 iso , f/2.8 and 1/50th of a second I wouldn’t have been able to get this shot with my DSLR, the older I get the more I seem to shake ! I’ve fallen in love with the Fuji Classic Chrome film simulation and I think it works beautifully with this image. It’s such a lovely intimate moment, no direction from me - just some quality time alone for the couple.
