CONGRATULATIONS to Lucy and Ian who shared a magical day with family and friends on Saturday. With a wedding ceremony in Highgate and then a magical mystery bus tour for guests (none of whom knew where the wedding reception was being held). Our final destination was onboard HQS Wellington, moored on the banks of the Thames. There will be plenty more images to share later on but here are just a few to give you a feel for what was a wonderful day.

I’m a frequent visitor to Fawsley Hall, it’s a wonderful venue for a photographer – stunning gardens, architecture and ambiance. On this occasion Fawsley Hall, the bride and groom and all their guests created wonderful memories and it was a privilege to be asked to capture them. Enjoy.

On Saturday I returned to Fawsley Hall for my first wedding of what will be a very busy 2012 – and what a wedding it was ! Ali and Alasdair , along with guests from all 4 corners of the globe, had an amazing day with a quite stunning wedding ceremony in the Great Hall, sumptuous wedding breakfast in Knightley Court and then back to a candle lit Great Hall for a very celtic ceilidh. Sometimes when the winter seems to be lasting an age and the summer seems an eternity away, it’s nice to look back over a few images from the summer gone by to remind us what it looks like ! One such wedding was Sarah and Nick’s at Quenby Hall in Leicestershire. Quenby Hall was built in 1627 and is a truly stunning example of a High Jacobean country house - one of Quenby’s great claims to fame is that Stilton cheese was first made there. Here are a few of my favourite images from the day, hope you enjoy looking over them – remember, the summer isn’t all that far away !

The Sculpture Gallery located within the grounds of the 3000 acre Woburn Abbey estate is a very popular wedding location in Bedfordshire. Its beautiful gardens and wonderful architectural features make it a special place for wedding guests and photographers alike ! The coffee table picture book is a press printed product which has a clean and modern look, illustrating one image per page with a very simple black key line around the image on a crisp white background. The 12″x12″ book has 80 spreads and can illustrate up to 160 images. It is also available with a hard backed picture cover with personalisation on the spine.
